✔ Cairo: 2-5 business days
✔ All other cities in Egypt: 4-7 business days

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

✔ Orders above 950 EGP qualify for free shipping.
✔ Standard shipping rates vary from 60 EGP to 110 EGP, depending on your location.
✔ Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
✔ Shipping fees may vary or change due to fluctuating market prices. We will always strive to keep costs fair and transparent.

3. Order Processing

✔ Orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
✔ You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message once your order is placed.
✔ Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number or provide delivery details so you can follow your order.

4. Delivery Process

✔ Our trusted delivery partners ensure safe and timely delivery.
✔ If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please inform us beforehand so we can schedule another time for your delivery.
✔ If no prior notice is given, the courier will attempt two more deliveries before the order is returned to us.
